Avoid gaining weight according to studies done using a new method.
Based on new studies that were recently carried out, it shows that if you order meals approximately 30 minutes before, you reduce your fat intake.
The researchers examined lunch orders from 90 employees who used a corporate lunchroom, and 195 college students. The results of the study that correspond to the participants who ordered their lunches immediately before consuming it, ended up selecting the foods with high caloric content. On the other hand, what they ordered their something about an hour before opted instead for low calorie meals.
"These results provided further evidence that the decisions made in the snippet of the moment are not as far-sighted as those made beforehand," according to study author George Loewenstein, professor of economics and psychology at Carnegie Mellon University.
It is because when we wait for starvation it can lead to a general increase in the number of calories by firing them at high amounts, given study author Eric VanEpps, a postdoctoral researcher at the Center for Health Incentives and Behavioral Economics in the University of Pennsylvania.
